I have been with Sandusky apartments ever since they first took over the properties from Waldock Investments. Any time I have had a maintenance issue it was fixed immediately. Whenever I had questions regarding my lease or any upcoming events that needed attention I always had complete communication with the manager and assistant property manager. I have went to the office several times and was always treated respectfully. I relocated to another property of theirs and it was all redone
